So I have identified my pocketbike and came to the conclusion of it being a cat eye. Now I need some questions answered about charging it.

1. How do the lights work on the charger? When I connect it to charge it, the red and green lights turn on. Is this suppose to happen? When am I sure it is done charging?

2. How long does it take for it to charge?

3. Is the big gray metal box in front of the motor the battery?

4. Does the battery charge when the pocketbike is running?

Thank you in advance!

P.S. The original owner of the cat eye only used it like three times and then left the bike sitting in the garage to collect dust. I don't know if this would affect it starting up.
